Removing the fluid basin

You can use standard Bio-Med disposal bags (red bags) or any other type of fluid basin liner with the fluid basin.
To remove the fluid basin:
1. Remove the Lock-Rite foot section (see
2. Gently push the basin upward from the bottom
3. When the pegs on the product are even with the large circular holes of the fluid basin, slowly remove the basin from

Positioning the Birthing Bed manually with the manual hand crank

CAUTION
Always disconnect the power cord when you use the manual hand crank.
A manual override is available to position the product when the power cord is not plugged into the wall socket.
To manually position the Birthing Bed, insert the manual hand crank into either of the sockets at the head end of the
product and rotate the crank until you achieve the desired position
