Adjusting the Glideaway Footrests (Continued)

To pivot the footrest:
1. Squeeze the gray release handles on the abductors that are located at the foot end of the Birthing Bed
25 on page
2. Pivot the footrest to the desired position
3. Release the handle to lock the footrest in the desired position.
Notes
• The footrest will not lock into any position beyond 36°.
• For emergency situations, the footrests will pivot to 90°.

Adjusting the Footrest Proximity
You can adjust the proximity of the footrests to accommodate the different heights of patients.
To adjust the proximity of the footrest:
1. Squeeze either of the two purple handles at the opening on the footrest mechanism
2. Slide the footrest to the desired position
3. Release the handle to lock the footrest in the desired position.
