Applying or releasing the steer pedal

The steer pedals are located on both the left and right
sides of the product.
To apply the steer pedal, fully depress the pedal toward
the foot end. The steer pedal locks the right side caster
on the foot end and allows you to easily maneuver the
product forward and backward in a straight path.
To release the steer pedal, depress the pedal toward the
head end until the pedal is in the neutral position. This
releases the right side caster on the foot end and allows
you to freely move the product forward, backward, and
from side to side.

Shutting down the Birthing Bed/emergency stop

WARNING
Always allow enough clearance between the head end of the product and the adjacent wall, so you can easily unplug
the power cord from the wall outlet during an emergency.
To shut down the Birthing Bed:
1. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
