Check that the inner and outer surfaces and the
flat faces are not scored, damaged or dented; if
they are, replace both rotors.
External rotor specifications:
External diameter (MINIMUM WEAR VALUE)
Internal diameter (MAXIMUM WEAR VALUE)
Thickness of seat (MAXIMUM WEAR VALUE)
