Working on the inverted tooth chain drive while the system is
running can cause major injuries from moving machinery.

Switch off the system and wait until all moving machine parts
are motionless, and prevent the system from switching on
again.

Let the inverted tooth chain drive cool down to room
temperature.

Secure the sprockets to prevent them from turning
inadvertently.
Moving inverted tooth chains can cause crushing due to their
weight.

Before opening the chain, secure both ends of the section to
be opened so that they do not move inadvertently.
Danger of burning!
The inverted tooth chain drive can heat up to very high
temperatures during operation.

Always let the inverted tooth chain drive cool down before
working on it.
