• Set the cut length to the length of the knife holder to be used plus overlapping amout (b) or more.
• Select the length (a) of the straight bar within the range where there is no interference of the throat
plate with the eyelet holding plate in consideration of the position of the presser plate when the
cloth open mechanism opened.
• When the length (a) of the straight bar is lengthened, needle thread may not be clamped unless the
lateral position of the needle thread clamp unit is re-adjusted. (Refer to the Engineer's Manual.)

The number of stitches of the round bar
is set.
1) Set the number of sttches wth [RIGHT
1 or [RIGHT ] key 2 .
2) In case of wthout the round bar, set the value to "0".
3) In case of enterng the round bar, 4 to 20 sttches
can be set.
4) When the round bar has been set, the number of
overlapped sttches of sewng start and sewng
end can be set wth the number of sttches of
sewng end compensaton of data No. 9.
The clearance where the knife drops in the left
side of the parallel section can be compensated.
Set the clearance wth [RIGHT
] key 2 . If the settng s " ＋ ", the clearance
becomes larger than that on the rght sde, and f t s
" − ", the clearance becomes smaller.
Settng range s lmted by the set value of the cut
space of No. 6.
Cut space settng range s -1.2 ≦ cut space +
compensaton of left cut space ≦ 1.2.
