■ Adjusting the drawing amount of the needle thread at the sewing start
Loosen screws 4 and move thread drawng arm 3 n the drecton of A or B to adjust the drawng amount.
When the machne s provded wth the needle thread clamp unt, f the thread drawng arm s moved n the
drecton of A, the thread remanng on the needle wll be shorter and the thread s easy to be rolled n.
When the machine is not provided with the needle thread clamp unit, and the memory switch No. B8
is "0", "Adjusting the drawing amount of the needle thread at the sewing start" cannot be performed.
•
When moving it in the direction of B, the drawing amount of needle thread increases and slip-off
of needle thread or the like can be prevented.

the feedng amount.

When the thread guide slides downward,
the feeding amount of needle thread
decreases and the needle thread is apt to
be tightened.
•
When the thread guide slides upward,
the feeding amount of needle thread
i n c r e a s e s a n d t h e n e e d l e t h r e a d i s
difficult to be tightened.

Effect : • Double chansttch sttches can easly stand
and the sewng possble area s wdened.
On the contrary, the whole sttches become stff.
(Ths s sutable for heavy-weght materals.)
• The loop when the looper catches thread
becomes larger and sttch skppng s
prevented. (Hard-to-slde thread)
■ Loosen screw 4 and move
upward thread take-up thread
guide 5 .
Effect : Double chansttch sttches become flat
and the sttches become soft.
On the contrary, the sewng possble area s
narrowed and sttch skppng s apt to occur.
