Trays type E and F are available as pre-equipped trays.
Detailed information on this can be found in the
ordering information in the Appendix.
1. Place the tray in the CERTOMAT® CTplus and affix it as
described under Item 2.4.3 (Removal and installation
of a tray).
2. Put the Erlenmeyer flasks in the brackets (you can also
use bottles, beakers, etc. that fit into the brackets).
Pay attention to the distribution of the loads. Distribute
the vessels evenly starting from the middle of the tray.
Make sure that the vessels are solidly fixed in place and
cannot slip out during operation.
1. Undo the clamping screw and take the reagent flask
holder out of its frame or swivel it by 90° to one side
so that the openings for the retaining screws are
accessible.
2. Place the required frame on the universal tray and
screw it on tight. When using the reagent flasks, while
arranging them ensure that the load can be
distributed evenly from the middle of the tray.
3. When you have fully removed the reagent flask
holders, you can now reuse the holder. Rotate the
holder into its correct position and fix it in place with
the locking screw.
4. The reagent flask holders can be fixed at any angle of
use as required. Make sure that no liquid escapes from
the vessels during operation.
Avoid contact of the vessels with one another (danger
of breakage!).
