Possible settings

There are two adjustment levels:
The global parameters and the program parameters (parameters for the programs 1 to 5 and Spin).
13.3.1

Global parameters

The adjustment of the global parameters affects the program parameters for the programs 1 to 5.
For the adjustment of the parameters refer to chapter "Global parameters adjustment".
VOLUME ADJUST XX Correction value for the filling volume of the saline solution. Adjustable from -20 to +20, in
single digit steps. 0 = no correction of the filling volume. Preset to 0.
ROTOR: XX PLACE Rotor type used (12 x or 24 x). Can be adjusted to 12 or 24. Preset to 12.
Shakings XX Shakings XX:
ShakeT (min) XX Number of shaking movements during a washing cycle or before the centrifugation run for
the agglutination reaction. Adjustable from 0 to 100, in single digit steps. 0 = no shaking is
performed. Preset to 15 shaking movements.
ShakeT (min) XX:
Duration of the shaking during a washing cycle or before the centrifugation run for the
agglutination reaction. Adjustable from 15 minutes to 1 minute, in 1 minute steps.
Susp.Agit Number of shaking movements after the production of a suspension. Adjustable from 0 to
100 in single digit steps. 0 = no shaking is performed. Preset to 15 shaking movements.
D.SpinDown (s) Activating or deactivating the adjustment facilities of the DSpinDown program parameters.
Through the input of the running time for the centrifugation run to centrifuge the drops
down the parameter DSpinDown can be selected.
Adjustable from 0 to 20 seconds, in 1 second steps. Preset to 0.
0 = program parameter DSpinDown can not be selected.
SuspensionM Activating or deactivating the adjustment facilities of the SalSusp/ml program parameters.
Adjustable YES or NO. Preset to NO.
YES = program parameter SalSusp/ml can be selected.
NO = program parameter SalSusp/ml can not be selected.
Agit.SpinM Activating or deactivating the adjustment facilities of the Agit.Spin program parameters.
Adjustable YES or NO. Preset to NO.
YES = program parameter Agit.Spin can be selected.
NO = program parameter Agit.Spin can not be selected, that means that before the
centrifugation run for the agglutination reaction shaking is always performed.
SpinDecantM Activating or deactivating the adjustment facilities of the SpinDecant program parameters.
Adjustable YES or NO. Preset to NO.
YES = program parameter SpinDecant can be selected.
NO = program parameter SpinDecant can not be selected.
SOUND / BELL OFF Acoustic signal (refer to chapter "Audible signal"). Adjustable ON1 or OFF. Preset to ON1.
CONTROL: XX Operating hours of the centrifuge (refer to chapter "Querying operating hours").

Program parameters (parameters for the programs 1 to 5)

For the adjustment of the parameters refer to chapter "Entering program parameters".
#Cyc/wash Number of wash cycles. Adjustable from 0 – 9.
0 = no washing cycle is performed.
SalWash/ml Filling volume of saline solution per fuse (in the washing cycle). Adjustable from 0 - 5 ml, in 0.1ml
increments. If the decimal place is greater than zero, it is indicated by a + sign, e.g. 1.7 = 1+.
0.0 = no saline solution is filled.
Wash(rpm) Rotating speed for the centrifugation run of a washing cycle. A numerical value of 500 RPM to
3500 RPM can be set in increments of 10.
Twash(min), Time for the centrifugation run of a washing cycle. Adjustable from 0 - 9 min 59 s, either in 1
Twash(sec) second or 1 minute increments. 0:00 = no centrifugation run is performed, and also no decanting.
