Opening and closing the lid

Opening the lid
The lid can only be opened when the centrifuge is switched on and the rotor is at rest. If it cannot be
opened under these circumstances, see the section on "Emergency release".

Swing handle rail on the lid upwards. The

LED will now go off.
Hold the rotor down into the recessed grip (A) and place it on the hub (C). Both the
driving plates (B) in the rotor must be located in the two grooves (D) of the hub
(C). The alignment (E) of the driving plates (B) is indicated on the rotor.
Removing the rotor: Hold the rotor by the recessed grip (A) and lift it off upwards.
LED will come on.
