Risk of device damage. The cable pull can break. Never pull the cable pull
over the edge.
If the device does not start, there is something wrong with the start configuration
or the start setting. Go through the points from cold start p.19 again. If this is not
successful, refer to section Troubleshooting p.31.
• As soon as the device has started, move the choke lever to the operating position (left
stop).
Never pull out the cable while the appliance is running. There is a risk of injury
and damage to the appliance if the direction of rotation changes suddenly.
Connecting power consumers
The windings of the appliance may break and the appliance may be
damaged. If the appliance switches off when you switch on a load, the starting
current of the load is significantly higher than the power of the appliance. In
this case, never restart the appliance with the load connected!
Electrical appliances such as drills etc. have a higher power consumption than
indicated on the manufacturer's label if they are used under difficult conditions.
• Connect the electrical appliances after the appliance has warmed up for about five
minutes.
• Avoid short operation of the generator, as this can lead to winding damage.
• After heavy loads, allow the generator to charge and cool down for several minutes
without load to avoid damage to the windings.
