Operating materials, liquids, vapors and exhaust gases
• Use only unleaded gasoline as fuel and only 10W-30 four-stroke engine oil as
lubricant. Never use E10, diesel or Aspen as fuel and other oils as lubricants for the
engine.
• The device is lubricated with motor oil. Never allow oil to get into the ground. Danger
to the environment.
• The appliance produces toxic fumes. The exhaust gases can be odorless and invisible
and contain unburned hydrocarbons and benzene. Never inhale the exhaust fumes.
Danger of poisoning. In case of nausea, headaches, visual disturbances, hearing
problems and dizziness, stop using the product immediately.
• Never operate the appliance in closed or partially closed rooms. Danger of
poisoning. Never operate the appliance in a garage, indoors or near open windows
or doors. Never divert the exhaust gases. Only operate the appliance outdoors.
• Find a safe and level place before refueling. Danger of spillage. Remove any spilled
fuel before starting the appliance. Never allow fuel to enter the soil. Use a suitable
carpet pad.
• Never refuel in closed rooms. The fuel vapors collect on the ground. Danger of
poisoning. refuel only in well-ventilated areas. Switch off the appliance before
refueling and allow the appliance to cool down. Never refuel the appliance during
operation.
• The fuels may contain substances similar to solvents. Avoid skin and eye contact with
the fuels.
• Never inhale the fuels. Danger of poisoning.
• Only transport the fuel in approved and labeled containers. Make fuel inaccessible to
children.
• After refueling, tighten the screw cap as firmly as possible.
• Any excess pressure must be released easily and no fuel may spray out - Open the
fuel filler cap carefully.
• Never overfill the tank.
• If fuel or oil is spilled on the protective clothing or on the appliance, change the
protective clothing and clean the appliance.
• When draining fuel and oil, observe the environmental regulations. Never allow fuel
to enter the soil.
