Operation
EXERCISE PROGRAMMES
After switching on, the required exercise programme can be
selected with the UP/DOWN buttons. To confi rm, press the
ENTER button.
The following exercise programmes are available:
Manual
Professional I programmes
Watt programmes
Body fat analysis
Zielpuls-Programm
Target pulse control programmes
User programmes
A Manual (P1)
Select the „Manual" programme with the UP/DOWN but-
tons and confi rm the programme with the ENTER button.
The fi rst parameter, TIME, will begin to fl ash in the lower
left display. Use the UP/DOWN buttons and the ENTER but-
ton to select a required value or a further parameter. Final-
ly, press the START/STOP button to begin the workout.
Please note that when entering the SPECIFIED TIME,
not all parameters can be set at the same time.
As soon as one of the preset parameters has counted
down to zero, you will hear an acoustic signal and the
exercise programme will stopautomatically. If you have
preset further parameters, you can continue the pro-
gramme after pressing the START/STOP button.

B Professional I programmes (P2~P13)
You may choose from 12 professional I programmes with
different intensities:
Programme 2
Programme 3
Programme 4
(P1)
Programme 5
Programme 6
(P2–P13)
Programme 7
Programme 8
(P14)
Programme 9
Programme 10
(FAT)
Programme 11
Programme 12
(THR)
Programme 13
(55%–85%)
Select the required professional I programme (P2-P13) with
the UP/DOWN buttons and confi rm the programme with the
(U1–U4)
ENTER button. The fi rst parameter, TIME, will begin to fl ash

ENTER button to select a required value or a further para-
meter. Finally, press the START/STOP button to begin the
workout.
