9. PROGRAMME:
This cycle ergometer has 24 different programmes to
choose from.
10. RPM (revolutions per minute)
The fl ywheel revolutions per minute are displayed here.
11. LEVEL (intensity levels)
Each programme has 16 intensity levels. The LCD display
shows you 10 columns (horizontal) and 8 bars (vertical).
1 bar corresponds to 2 intensity levels and one column
to 1 minute of exercise. However, these values may vary,
depending on the selected programme. When entering a
specifi ed time, the computer automatically divides the
time by the max. available columns. (Example: specifi ed
time = 30 minutes, 30:10 [number of columns] = 3 min./
bar.) If all 10 columns light up, your exercise time is
over. With the UP/DOWN buttons you can increase or
decrease the intensity levels even during the ongoing
workout. This is not possible for programmes which
automatically set the intensity levels (such as WATT or
the target pulse programmes).
EXERCISE PARAMETERS
Training parameters are targets which you can set for every
workout. Following training parameters are available:
