Alarms (IO-LINK events)
The electronics monitors the sensor and continuously compares the mechanical and ther
mal stresses against the limit values of the force transducer. With thermal monitoring,
they are also compared against the limit values of the electronic components.
The electronics uses a very high sample rate to evaluate the mechanical stress.
Even very short force peaks are recorded, and a notification is given if the limit values
are exceeded. As the output of measurement values via the IO-Link connection runs at
a lower sample rate, it may be that you cannot find a force value registered as a force
overshoot in the transferred measurement data.
