IO-Link Reconnections: Number of interruptions in the IO-Link connection since connect
ing to the power supply.
Device Uptime Hours: Number of hours the module has been running without interruption.
Reboot Count: Number of restarts.
Overload counter compressive force: Number of times the operating compressive force
range has been exceeded.
Overload counter tensile force: Number of times the operating tensile force range has
been exceeded.
Oscillation Bandwidth Percentage (Score).
The oscillation bandwidth score is indicated as a percentage, and predicts how long the
sensor will withstand the given dynamic amplitude load.
If you operate the sensor exclusively within the permissible (fatigue-proof) oscillation
bandwidth, this score will not increase. If the peak-to-peak force value of your application
exceeds the given oscillation bandwidth of the force transducer, the system calculates an
estimated value indicating the extent to which the current load will affect the service life
of the transducer. Once 100% is reached, it can be assumed that damage will be caused,
making it necessary to replace the sensor. To warn against this, events are outputted
when certain score limits are reached (see Events).
Compressive Force Max: Highest compressive force ever measured with this sensor.
This field is read-only.
Tensile Force Max: Highest tensile force ever measured with this sensor. This field is
read-only.
Tip
Use a sensor with a higher nominal (rated) force if you notice that the score changes or
you receive an IO-Link event with a corresponding warning.
