To transfer the lateral forces specified in the data sheet, we recommend using the center
ing aids.
The customer's own structural elements (contact surfaces) must meet the following con
ditions:
S
They must be in parallel to each other.
S
They must be paint-free.
S
They must be oil and grease-free, cleaning can be implemented e.g. with RMS-1
(HBM ordering number 1-RMS1).
S
They must be sufficiently hard (min. HRC 40).
S
They must be sufficiently rigid so that they do not flex.
S
The flatness of the contact surface is ideal when a tolerance of 0.005 mm is not
exceeded under load.
S
The screws used must comply with the property class specified in the following table
and tightened with the specified tightening torque. The threaded holes must be suffi
ciently stable to allow bolts of the specified property classes to be used.
