Schalten Sie vor Beginn der Arbeit die Stromversorgung aus, um durch piotzliches Anlaufen der
Nahmaschine verursachte Unfalle zu verhùten.
AVERTISSEMENT :
Couper l'alimentation de la machine (position OFF) avant de commencer l'opération afin de prévenir
les accidents éventuels causés par un démarrage soudain de la machine à coudre.
AVISO :
Desconecte la corriente eléctrica antes de comenzar el trabajo para evitar accidentes causados por
un arranque brusco de la maquina de coser.
AVVERTIMENTO :
Prima di effettuare le seguenti operazioni, posizionare l'interruttore su OFF (SPENTO) onde evitare
incidenti causati dall'avviamento accidentale della macchina per cucire.

( 針 棒 の 高 さ を 決め ます 。)
2) [DB 針 の 場合 ] 針 棒 の の 刻 線 @ を 針 棒 下 メ タル
の 下端 に 合わ せ 、 針 棒 抱き 止め ね じ @ を 締め 付け
ます 。

針 棒 ⑲ の 刻 線 ⑲ を 針 棒 下 メ タル 9
の 下端
に 合わ せ 、 針 棒 抱 き 止 め ね じ ⑲ を 締め 付け
ます 。
( 釜 @ の 取付 位置 を 決め ます 。)

(1) Adjust the timing between the needle and the hook as follows :
1) Tum the handwheel to bright the needle bar down to the lowest point of its stroke, and loosen setscrew @.
(Adjusting the needle bar height)
2) (For a DB needle) Align marker line Ө on needle bar @ with the bottom end of needle bar lower bushing Ө, then
tighten setscrew @
(For a DA needle) Align marker line @ on needle bar @ with the bottom end of needle bar lower bushing ©, then
tighten setscrew @.
(Adjusting position of the hook ©)
3) (For a DB needle) Loosen the three hook setscrews, tum the handwheel and align marker line Ө on ascending
needle bar Ө with the bottom end of needle bar lower bushing Ө .
(For a DA needle) Loosen the three hook setscrews, tum the handwheel and align marker line ® on ascending
needle bar Ө with the bottom end of needle bar lower bushing Ө .
4) After making the adjustments mentioned in the above steps, align hook blade point @ with the center of needle @
. Provide a clearance of 0.04 mm to 0.1 mm (DDL-8700H-7 : 0.06 to 0.17mm) (reference value) between the
- needle and the hook, then securely tighten setscrews in the hook.
