catches the ceiling, for example during over
cutting of a doorway, you can temporarily
disassemble one of the gables of the blade
guard.
1. Start the product. Refer to
page 32 .
2. Control the product with the remote control. Refer to
To operate the remote control on page 36 .
3. Choose the blade's rotational direction. The water
spray can be directed as you want regardless of
which way the saw is turned on the rail.
4. Make sure to use the right amount of cooler water
for the system and the blade. The cooler water cools
first the electronics in the power pack, then the main
motor and then the sawing blade. It also binds the
dust generated through sawing. The water flow may
be adjusted on a valve attached to the water hose or
at the tap source.
5. Begin to cut a guide cut (A) to a depth of 2-4 cm
(0.8-1.6 in.). Use a low feed speed to ensure a
straight cut.
CAUTION:
the guide cut.
Note:
The material and available fuses have an
effect on the cutting depth. If it is possible, do not
cut into iron. Do the guide cut with the arm in trailing
position.

6. Subsequent cuts (B) should be approximately 4-7
cm (1.6-2.8 in.). The depth depends on the hardness
of the material, the amount of reinforcement and
the placement of reinforcement. Put the saw near
a mounting bracket and push the blade into the
material.
Note:
You can change the blade and operate
the product in the same cut. Make sure that the
thickness of the new blade aligns with the groove
width.
7. Use the maximum cutting depth of the blade if the
wall is thinner than the maximum depth of the blade.
The cutting surface is decreased and the pressure
of the blade segments is increased. Also do this
when over cutting can not be done, because the
uncut distance (wedge) (B) remaining after sawing
becomes smaller. (A) = Overcutting distance, (B) =
Cutting surface.
