3. Tighten the clamping washers on the mounting
brackets to 40 Nm.
4. Make sure that the cutting line is 80 mm (3.15") from
the mounting bracket. Tighten the expander bolts by
40 Nm.

5. To adjust the blade angle as needed against the
concrete surface, loosen the locking screw for angle
adjustment. Angle both mounting bracket halves in
relation to each other.
To assemble the wall saw on the tracks
WARNING:
the saw carriage before you assemble the
product on the tracks.
WARNING:
securely assembled on the rail is associated
with lethal injury.
1. Push down the lock buttons (B) on the lock handles
(C). Turn the handles out from the sawing unit
to free the guide wheels from the transport trolley
attachment.
2. Lift the saw unit onto the rail (A) with the lock
handles opened. Angle the saw unit over the rail so
that the feeding wheel locks into the rack on the rail.
