2. Place the mounting brackets approximately 1/2
a track length apart. The distance between a
mounting bracket and the end of the track should
be approximately 1/4 of a track length (A).

3. Drill the holes for the expander bolts according
to the manufacturer's instructions. Use mounting
elements adjusted to the material being cut. Use a
12 mm drill to drill the hole for the M10x40 expander
anchor included in the sawing equipment. Follow the
manufacturer's instructions.
4. Hang the two mounting brackets loosely in the
M10x35 expander bolts and a Ø10,5x22 washer.
5. Make sure that the head of the bolt does not rise
above the track plane (A).

6. The distance (B) between each mounting bracket
and the cut line (A) should be 80 mm (3.15"). If the
cutting line is exactly vertical or horizontal, and the
supporting surface is even, you can use the spirit
levels on the mounting brackets to line these up
exactly at this early stage, after which the expander
bolts are tightened to 40 Nm. In other cases you
must mount the track on the mounting brackets
before you tighten the expander bolts.

To assemble the track connectors
Use track connectors when longer cuts are necessary.
Add 1 mounting bracket for each 1 m added track.

C. Clamping surface for wall mounting
D. End stopper, track
E. Splice connector, track
F. Excenter bolt
1. Remove the end stoppers.
