To do a check of the remote control machine stop button
1. Turn the emergency stop button on the power pack
clockwise to make sure that it is released.
2. Turn the machine stop button on the remote control
clockwise to make sure that it is released.
3. Push the ON/OFF button on the remote control.
4. Push and hold the toggle switch on the remote
control to the right and at the same time push the
potentiometer to make the saw blade rotate.
5. Push the machine stop button on the remote control.
6. Make sure that the saw blade stops.
RCD
The RCD is a protection for the operator if an electrical
fault occur.
When the power pack is plugged in to a 3 phase
connection, the RCD integrated to the power pack is
active.
When the power pack is plugged in to a 1 phase
connection, the RCD integrated to the power pack is
not active. You instead need to use a separate 1 phase

1. Start the product. Refer to
page 32 .
2. Look into the inspection holes and push the RCD
test button (A).

3. Make sure that the RCD breaker moves to the left
(B) and thereby disconnects the product from the
power supply.
4. Make sure that the saw blade stops. Also make sure
that all LED lights on the power pack goes out.

5. Turn the RCD reset knob clockwise (A) to reset the
RCD breaker. Look into the inspection holes to make
sure that the RCD breaker is set to the right (B)
when the RCD reset knob bounces back to the left.

To do a check of the RCD, 1 phase
When the Power Pack is plugged in to a 1 phase
connection, the RCD integrated to the power pack is
not active. You instead need to use a separate 1 phase
