3. Remove the six plugs that protect the screw threads
from dirt.
4. Center the blade on the guide shoulder and press
onto the inner flange.
5. Attach the six flush cutting screws (countersunk) and
tighten crosswise to 30 Nm. The blade pattern of
flush cutting is Ø85 mm/3.34 in.
6. Assemble the saw with the blade on the rail. Adjust
the position and angle of the rail according to the
blade's contact to the opposite surface.
7. Feed the saw along the entire length of the planned
cut before you start to cut to make sure that the
blade's distance and angle is correct and to make
sure there are no uneven parts on the opposing
surface
8. Mount the flush cutting guard and make sure that the
blade moves freely in the guard.
9. Connect the water hose from the outgoing water
supply connection on the saw body to the water
connection on the guide flange.

To connect the power pack to a power
source
1. Put the power pack on a stable and dry surface at
the workplace.
2. Connect the power pack to a grounded outlet with
continuous voltage. Refer to
55 . Make sure that the mains voltage agree with
the rating plate on the power pack.
3. If the power source is 1-phase, use an adapter.
