WASHING LEVEL 2 APPLIANCE
IMPORTANT _________________________
To guarantee functionality
to prevent bacterial proliferation in the
chamber and to improve prevention of
possible corrosion, perform at least one
wash cycle a day.
IMPORTANT _________________________
Whenever the cooking mode is changed,
clean the chamber thoroughly.
Washing 1 mode
To perform this operation, proceed as follows.
1. In STOP mode press button (19) once (icon (16)
is lit with a green light).
Display (7) shows the message "CLE", display
(8) the message "Pr" and display (9) the
message "P01".
2. Press button (16) (icon (16) lit with a red light),
and display (7) shows the message "CLE" and
the display (8) shows the message " 25' " (total
washing time).
3. When the beeper sounds (approx. 8 min. after
washing starts) and "CLE" fl ashes on the
display, place detergent in the cooking chamber.
4. Open the appliance door and spray food-
approved detergent onto all walls of the cooking
chamber, heat exchanger and fan.
IMPORTANT _________________________
Use of the "cleaner spray" accessory and
the detergent provided by the manufacturer
is recommended for this procedure.
WARNING When cleaning and sanitizing
the appliance with
personal protection equipment (gloves,
masks, goggles, etc.) as required by all
relevant federal, state and local code
requirements.
5. Close the appliance door and wait for the oven to
complete the washing, rinsing and fi nal thermal
disinfection program automatically. A beeper
sounds at the end of the washing cycle.
IMPORTANT _________________________
Before cooking
detergent residues have been left in the
cooking chamber. If residues are found, rinse
the cooking chamber thoroughly by hand
and heat the oven in "Convection" mode for
approximately 15 min. to dry the chamber.
