Operation
Press the button and turn knob (21) to modify the
value set.
•
Turning the automatic preheating on and off.
With the appliance in STOP mode (icon (16)
is lit with a green light) press and hold button
(12) longer than 3 seconds (the whole panel
powers down).
Press button (5) and turn knob (21) to turn the
automatic preheating on or off. Press knob (21)
to confi rm the changes made.
6. Humidity percentage setting key
•
Sets the humidity percentage in Mixed
cooking mode (convection + steam).
Press the button once (the icon fl ashes) and set the
percentage of humidity using knob (21). Wait about
5 seconds for the new value set to be saved.
•
Modify the percentage of humidity during
cooking: press once to display the value of
the humidity on the display (9).
Press the button and turn knob (21) to modify
the value set. Wait about 5 seconds for the new
value set to be saved.
In "Convection cooking" mode you can adjust
the percentage of opening of the vent, which is
shown on display (9) ("0" = vent always open;
"100" = vent always closed).
•
While cooking in "steam cooking" mode, this
switches from standard (Std) steam to super
(Sup) steam and vice-versa.
•
To set the default value between Std and
Sup steam:
With appliance in STOP phase (button
(16) lit) press the button (12) longer than
3 seconds (the entire panel switches
off). Keep the button (6) pressed and act
on the knob (21) to select Std or Sup.
Press the knob (21) to confi rm the change
made.
7. Temperature display
•
Shows the value of the temperature set.
To display the real temperature inside the
oven, press and hold button (4) approximately
6 seconds. The value on the display fl ashes at
the start of a cooking process when temperature
inside the oven is higher than temperature set
and/or during automatic preheating when set
temperature has not been reached.
•
During a pause in cooking, the display shows
the number of "Regeneration" programs
available for selection using button (18).

8. Time and "product core probe" display
Press button (5) (timer):
•
In cooking pause status the display shows
the value of time set.
•
During cooking the display shows time
remaining to the end of the cooking cycle.
