Operation
SWITCHING APPLIANCE ON AND OFF
Proceed as follows.
Lighting
1. Operate the appliance's master switch to
connect it to the electrical main.
2. Turn on gas supply valve.
3. Turn on water supply valve.
4. Press button (22) to turn on the appliance.
Turning off
IMPORTANT _________________________
Always switch off the appliance after use.
1. Press button (22) to turn off the appliance.
2. Turn off gas supply valve.
3. Turn off water supply valve.
4. Cut off mains power supply using the appliance's
master switch.
5. Wait 5 minutes to complete the shut-off period
before the appliance is re-started.
AUTOMATIC PREHEATING
IMPORTANT _________________________
For
best
cooking
should be done with the oven empty.
•
Press button (16) to turn on the appliance.
The appliance automatically performs a
pre-heating mode.
At the end of the pre-heating mode a beeper
sounds. You may now fi ll the oven and close
the door. Cooking will start automatically.
IMPORTANT _________________________
Pre-heating is also automatically disabled
when
temperature
chamber is already high enough for the
cooking mode set.
Temperature disabling
This disables the temperature function of the current
cooking operation only.

In STOP mode (icon (16) is lit with a green
light) to disable the temperature function,
press button (16) for longer than one second.
Permanent disabling
1. With the appliance in STOP mode (icon (16) is
lit with a green light) press and hold button (12)
for longer than 3 seconds (as the entire panel
powers down).
2. Press button (5) and turn knob (21) to turn
automatic pre-heating off.
3. Press knob (21) to confi rm the changes made.
