MAINTENANCE RECOMMENDATIONS
Keep
the
appliance
performing the scheduled maintenance procedures
recommended
by
maintenance will allow the best performance, a
longer working life and constant maintenance of
safety requirements.
WARNING
Before
servicing procedure, activate all the safety
devices
provided
workers and those in the vicinity should be
informed. In particular, turn off the gas and
water supply valves, disable the electricity
supply using the master switch and prevent
access to all devices that might cause
unexpected health and safety hazards if
turned on.
WARNING Before performing any service
that
involves
electrical
disconnection and/or exposure to electrical
components, always follow the Electrical
LOCKOUT/TAGOUT Procedure. Disconnect
all circuits. Failure to comply can cause
property damage, injury or death.
At the end of each session of use and whenever
necessary, clean:
•
Condensation collection tank
•
Cooking chamber
•
The combustion air intake and check that it is not
obstructed (Make sure that the combustion
air intake is not obstructed or dirty, and, if
necessary, remove the obstruction and
clean it)
•
Check air fi lter (if installed) located under the
appliance and clean it if it is dirty or obstructed
•
Appliance and the surrounding environment
WARNING At least once every 6 months
or, if meat or greasy foods are cooked
frequently, every 2 months clean the vent.
Every year, have skilled, authorized personnel
perform the following operations:
•
Check gas pressure and system integrity
•
Check effi ciency of all fl ues and air intakes,
clean if necessary
•
Check tightness of all gaskets of the heat
exchanger and replace if necessary.
•
Check all ignition plugs are working properly,
replace if necessary and that the power supply
cable is intact

ELECTRICAL LOCKOUT/TAGOUT
PROCEDURE
WARNING Before performing any service

LOCKOUT/TAGOUT Procedure. Disconnect
all circuits. Failure to comply can cause
property damage, injury or death.
The Electrical LOCKOUT/TAGOUT Procedure is
used to protect personnel working on an electrical
appliance. Before performing any maintenance
or service that requires exposure to electrical
components, follow these steps:
1. In electrical box, place appliance circuit breaker
into OFF position.
2. Place a lock or other device on electrical box
cover to prevent someone from placing circuit
breaker ON.
3. Place a tag on electrical box cover to indicate
that appliance has been disconnected for
service and power should not be restored until
tag is removed by maintenance personnel.
4. Disconnect appliance power cord from electrical
outlet.
5. Place a tag on the cord to indicate that unit
should not be restored until tag is removed by
maintenance personnel.
