The basíc príncíples of electromagnetíc
protectíon for maximum díffusíon of the
ínterference in the electńcal masse. To achíeve
this:
- The base plate of the cabínet must not be
isolating (paínted), but preferably ín anodísed
metal or a1uminium.
- The metallíc elements (transformers, fılters,
etc. ) are fıxed dírectly on to the base plate.
basíc pńncíple:
each voltage must be placed ín a separate
"conduit."
It ís thus índíspensable to separate the paths of
the 1ow voltage and hígh voltage cables.
Thcy must bc as far away from cach othcr as
possíble.
To do thís the each voltage range wí11 have íts
own conduít.

Power
If ít ís not possíble to avoid them comíng close,
ít should on1y be for a short dístance andthey
should preferable make a 90° crossíng.
In the same way , the power termínals must be
as far away as possible from the "sensítíve"
termínals.
1f necessary the "sensitive" termínals should be
covered by a metallic 1id whích acts as a
Faraday cage.
