SUGGESTED SOLUTION
Check that the load does not exceed the
maximum values allowed (See the Summary
Table in Appendix "Technical Characteristics").
Position the load, in particular the wrapped one,
as per the indications.
(See Chapter "Preparing the material").
Choose the sterilization program suitable for the
type of material to be treated.
(See the Summary Table in "Programs"
Appendix).
Clean or replace the chamber drain filter.
(See Appendix "Maintenance").
Check the quality of instruments, making sure
that the material they are made of is suitable to
tolerate the steam sterilization.
Carefully clean the material before subjecting it
to the sterilization cycle.
(See Chapter "Preparing the material").
Separate instruments made of different metals.
(See Chapter "Preparing the material").
Clean the chamber and the accessories as
prescribed.
(See Appendix "Maintenance").
Choose the sterilization program suitable for the
type of material to be treated.
(See the Summary Table in "Programs"
Appendix).
