17.5 TROUBLESHOOTING
According to the type of alarm occurred, please find below the indications to detect the possible causes and restore the
proper operation.
ERRORS (CATEGORY E)
The alarm codes in this list can refer to functions that are not present in the models concerned in this User Manual
CODE POSSIBLE CAUSE
Sudden power failure (blackout).
The main switch has accidentally been turned

off and/or the power plug pulled from the
socket.
Network fuses blown.
E001 Abnormal voltage peak on the mains.
The filling tank contains water of inadequate

Failure to main board.

Disturbance on the electrical mains.

One or more rear fans failed
The filling/discharge tank contains water of

SUGGESTED SOLUTION
Wait for the power to be restored and do a RESET following the instructions.
Reconnect the plug and/or turn the device on again and RESET according to
the instructions.
Contact Technical Service.
Reset according to the instructions. If the problem occurs again, have the
mains electric system checked by a technician.
RESET according to the instructions. Empty the filling tank and refill it with
demineralized / distilled water of adequate quality (<15μs/cm).
RESET according to the instructions. IMMEDIATELY empty the filling tank and
refill it with demineralized / distilled water of adequate quality (<15μs/cm).
In these conditions, the sterilizer allows a maximum of 5 cycles, after which it
locks until the tank is filled with demineralized / distilled water of adequate
quality (<15 μs/cm). This precaution is necessary to prevent damage to the
device.
RESET according to the instructions.

If an automatic filling system is present, IMMEDIATELY empty the external
container and fill it with water of adequate quality.

after which it locks until the tank is filled with demineralized / distilled water
of adequate quality (<15 μs/cm) are replaced. This precaution is necessary to
prevent damage to the device.
RESET according to the instructions.
Properly close the door and restart the program.
