Le LNE/G-MED certifie que le système qualité
développé par MAQUET SAS pour la concep-
tion, la réalisation, la vente, l'installation et le
service après-vente d'éclairages opératoires
est conforme aux exigences des normes inter-
nationales :
- ISO 9001 version 2000
- NF EN ISO 13485 version 2004
Marquage CE/usage prévu
La conformité aux exigences de la Directive
93/42/CEE du 14 juin 1993 relative aux dispositifs
médicaux a été évaluée selon l'Annexe VII de
la Directive. La gamme d'éclairage opératoire
AXCEL appartient à la Classe I selon l'Annexe
TM
IX de la Directive 93/42/CEE.
Marquage CE apposé en 2007.
Identification des produits marqués CE :
AXCEL simple plafonnier (AXL 5001) ou mural
(AXL 5002) ainsi que double plafonnier (AXL
5501) : éclairages mineurs de diagnostic post-
interventionnel, de spécialité et d'examen.
Nota : suivant les règles d'installation décrits dans
l'IEC 60601-2-41, les configurations AXCEL ne
pourront pas être utilisées dans les salles où il
est nécessaire d'avoir un secours 24 V continue,
en cas de défaillance secteur.

ing to medical devices has been assessed in
accordance with Annex VII of this Directive.
This AXCEL Surgical lights range is a class I
TM
device in accordance with Annex IX of Directive
93/42/EEC.
EC marking affixed in 2007.
CE Marking products recognition:
AXCEL surgical light in single (ceiling mount AXL
5001 or wall mount AXL 5002) or double version
(ceiling mount AXL 5501) for minor surgery,
emergency, recovery, speciality, examination...
NOTE : With reference to installation rules com-
plying with IEC 60601-2-41 standard, in case of
mains failure, AXCEL configurations can not be
used in rooms where it is necessary to have
emergency 24 V Direct current.

Schutzerdung angeschlossen werden.
Die Akku abtrennen, wenn eine

Nutzung
Die Konformität mit den Bestimmungen der
europäischen Richtlinie 93/42/EWG des 14,Juni
1993 für medizinische Geräte wurde gemäß
Anhang VII überprüft und bestätigt. Dieser OP-
Beleuchtungen AXCEL gehört Klasse I gemäß
TM
Anhang IX der Richtlinie 93/42/EWG.
EG-Beschriftung CE aufgebracht in 2007.
Identifizierung der Produkte mit CE-Kenn-
zeichnung :
AXCEL Einzeldeckenleuchte (AXL 5001) oder
Wandleuchte (AXL 5002) und Doppeldecken-
leuchte (AXL 5501) :
Kleinere Beleuchtung für postoperative Diagno-
se, Facheingriffe und Untersuchung.
Anmerkung : Gemäß den in der Norm IEC 60601-
2-41 beschriebenen Installationsregeln können
die Konfigurationen der AXCEL bei Netzausfall
nicht in Räumen betrieben werden, in denen
eine Notstromversorgung mit 24 V Gleichstrom
erforderlich ist.
