6 - REMPLACEMENT DE
L'AMPOULE

Vérifier que l'alimentation électrique
est coupée.
1 - Tourner le bouton quart-de-tour et ouvrir
le capot supérieur.
- ATTENTION : Avant de procéder à une
intervention de maintenance, laisser le
support de lampe de la coupole refroidir
pendant 5 minutes.
2 - Déposer le support de lampe en prenant
garde de ne pas heurter le globe chaud
de l'ampoule contre une surface dure.
- ATTENTION : Ne jamais manipuler
l'ampoule du support de lampe à mains
nues. Toujours utiliser un chiffon sec
et non gras pour déposer une lampe
défectueuse.
Saisir le bulbe de l'ampoule avec un chif-
fon sec et propre, et tirer pour l'extraire
de la douille du support de lampe.
- Prendre l'ampoule neuve.
- Retirer l'ampoule de son emballage.
Introduire les broches de l'ampoule dans
le support lampe.
- Vérifier que l'ampoule est correctement
positionnée.
- Reposer le support de lampe en vérifi-
ant qu'il est bien positionné dans la
coupole.
- Refermer le capot et verrouiller l'ensemble
au moyen du bouton quart-de-tour.
L'appareil doit fonctionner capot
fermé.
En cas de maintenance, prendre
garde aux surfaces chaudes signa-
lées par le marquage adéquat.

Pour éviter les défaillances en cours
d'opération, nous recommandons
de remplacer les ampoules toutes
les 600 à 800 heures environ, en
fonction de l'utilisation.

6 - REPLACING THE BULB

Make sure that the power supply is
turned off.
1 - Turn the quarter-turn knob and open
the upper cover.
- CAUTION: Before starting any main-
tenance operation, allow the lighthead
bulb holder to cool for 5 minutes.
2 - Remove the lamp holder taking care
not to knock the hot globe of the bulb
against hard surface.
- CAUTION: Never handle the bulb and
the bulb holder with your bare hands.
Always use a dry, non-greasy cloth to
remove a faulty bulb.
Use a clean, dry cloth to grasp the bulb
and pull it out of the lamp holder.
- Take the new bulb.
- Remove the bulb from its cover.
Insert the bulb pins onto the bulb hold-
er.
- Check the right position of the bulb.
- Reinstall the bulb holder, checking its
position into the lighthead.
- Close the cover and lock the assembly
by the quarter-turn knob.
The unit must be operated with
the cover closed. When perform-
ing maintenance, take necessary
precautions with respect to hot
surfaces which are indicated by
appropriate markings.

To prevent any failures during
operations, we recommend pre-
ventive replacement of the bulbs
approximately every 600 hours to
800 hours, depending on the use.

6 - AUSTAUSCH DER LAMPE

Sicherstellen, dass die
Stromversorgung unterbrochen ist.
1 - Den Vierteldrehungsknopf drehen und
die obere Abdeckung öffnen.
- ACHTUNG : Vor der Durchführung von
Wartungsmaßnahmen die Lampen-
halterung der Schale 5 Minuten lang
abkühlen lassen.
2 - Die Lampenhalterung herausnehmen
und darauf achten, dass die heiße Lam-
penkugel nicht auf ein harte Oberfläche
schlägt.
- ACHTUNG : Niemals die Lampe mit
bloßen Händen aus der Lampenhalter-
ung entnehmen. Stets einen trockenen
und fettfreien Lappen für den Ausbau
einer defekten Lampe verwenden.

aus der Fassung der Lampenhalterung

- Die neue Lampe nehmen.
- Die Lampe aus der Verpackung entneh-
men.
Die Kontaktstifte der Lampe in die Lam-
penhalterung einführen.
- Die Lampe auf korrekten Sitz prüfen.
- Die Lampenhalterung wieder anbringen
und den korrekten Sitz in der Schale
prüfen.
- Die Abdeckung wieder anbringen und
das Ganze mit Hilfe des Vierteldrehung-
sknopfs verriegeln.
Das Gerät muss mit geschlossener
Abdeckung betrieben werden. Bei
Wartungsarbeiten auf die heißen
Oberflächen achten, die entspre-
chend markiert sind.

Um Ausfällen bei Eingriffen vor-
zubeugen, empfehlen wir, die
Glühbirnen alle 600 bis 800 Stun-
den und die Lampenträger jährlich
auszuwechseln, je nach der ver-
wendeten Beleuchtungsstärke.
