Attaching the Weight Tower to the
Movement Frame
CAUTION: Do not remove packing material from the pivot arm until
instructed to do so. When removing the packing material, be sure to support
the equipment pieces. Once the shrink wrap is removed, these parts can fall
freely.
Note: Do not tighten fasteners until instructed to do so.
Have your assistant hold the movement frame in an upright, balanced position
while you complete the following procedure.
To attach the weight tower to the movement frame:
1. Locate the point where the cross support attaches to the movement frame.
Using a ⁵ ₁₆-inch hex bit, remove the two bolts, two lock washers, and two
flat washers installed there and set them aside.
Note: The nuts are already attached to the transition plate.

2. Locate the point where the base support attaches to the movement frame.
Note: Depending on the type of equipment you are assembling, the
connector plate may be located on the base support or on the movement
frame.
Using a ⁵ ₁₆-inch hex bit, remove the two bolts, two lock washers, and two
flat washers installed there and set them aside.
