Montaggio motore su flange
PAM - NMRV
Quando il gruppo viene fornito senza motore occorre
osservare le seguenti raccomandazioni per garantire
un corretto montaggio del motore elettrico. Controlla-
re che le tolleranze dell'albero e della flangia motore
siano corrispondenti almeno a una classe di qualità
"normale".
Pulire accuratamente l'albero, il centraggio ed il
piano della flangia da sporco o tracce di vernice.
Procedere al montaggio del manicotto sull'albero del
motore elettrico che deveavvenire senza eccessiva
forzatura, in caso diverso controllare la corretta posi-
zione e la tolleranza della linguetta motore; utilizzare
comunque opportuni sistemi che garantiscano un
corretto montaggio senza rischiare il danneggia-
mento dei cuscinetti motore. Non è previsto nessun
adattamento della linguetta motore.

Um eine korrekte Montage des Elektromotors zu
gewährleisten sind bei Getrieben, die ohne Motor
geliefert werden, folgende Vorsichtsmaßnahmen zu
beachten. Übereinstimmungen der Toleranzen von
Welle und Motorflansch überprüfen.
Welle,Passung und Flanschfläche sind sorgfältig von
Schmutz, Späne oder Lackresten zu säubern.
Danach die Halbkupplung auf die Motorwelle
aufsetzen; bei der Montage darauf achte, das
diese Bearbeitung spannungfrei eingreift. Um eine
Beschädigung des Motors und der Kugellager auszu-
schließen ist auf eine sorgfältige und vorsichtige
Montage zu achten. Eine Anpassung der Motor-
paßfeder ist nicht notwendig.

Motor mounting with PAM
flange - NMRV
When the unit is supplied without motor, to ensure
the correct assembly of the electric motor, it is neces-
sary to follow reccomendations below. Check that the
tolerances for the motor shaft and flange correspond
to the latest IEC standard.
Carefully clean the motor shaft, spigot and surfaces
of the flange removing any traces of paint and dirt.
Proceed to the sleeve mountage to the motor shaft
taking care to ensure the motor shaft and bearings
are not damaged by avoiding excessive force and
where necessary using assembly equipment.
Always use good procedures and practises that
ensure correct operation without risking damage to
the motor or unit bearings. Motor key adjustment is
not provided.

Cuando el grupo se suministra sin motor se deben
seguir las siguientes recomendaciones para
garantizar un correcto montaje del motor eléctrico.
Verificar que la tolerancia del eje y de la brida del
motor correspondan al menos a una clase de calidad
"normal".
Pulir cuidadosamente el eje, el centraje y el plano de
la brida de suciedad o restos de pintura.
Proceder al montaje del buje sobre el eje del motor
eléctrico que debe entrar sin excesiva fuerza, de lo
contrario verificar la correcta posición y la tolerancia
de la chaveta del motor; utilizar en todo caso siste-
mas que garanticen un correcto montaje sin riesgo
de dañar los rodamientos del motor. No está prevista
ninguna adaptación de la chaveta del motor.

Quand le réducteur est livré sans moteur, pour un
montage correcte, suivre les recommandations ci-
dessous: contrôler les tolérances de l'arbre moteur et
de la bride en conformité à l'IEC (derniére version).
Nettoyer l'arbre moteur et les surfaces usinées de
la bride afin d'enlever toutes traces de peinture et
de saleté. Monter la douille sur l'arbre moteur sans
effort excessif pour ne pas endommager l'arbre et
les palliers. Respecter les procédures et pratiques
de montage pour assurer un bon fonctionnement du
groupe moto réducteur sans risque d'endommage-
ment des palliers. Clavette moteur non fournie.

当齿轮箱不提供电机时,必须要遵循以下建议

残留的油漆和污垢。
继续把轴衬套入电机轴上,确保电机轴和轴
承不得因过度用力而受损,必要时使用装配
设备。
选用正确的流程和方法，无论如何都必须确
保正确操作，不得对电机和减速箱轴承造成
损坏。
键槽公差应严格按照要求。
