Position the pulling ring in the ring holder until it
stops.
6.4. USE OF ARCPULL RIVET BOX1 350 – 24KN (064584)
Note: Prepare the grounding rods as explained in §6.1.
Completely remove the adjustment screw
from the stud carrier and fit a rivet extrac-
tion rod to the stop.
Remove the knurled nut (n°2 - Fig 2) from
the gun drive shaft and screw the stud
holder support into it.
Lightly screw the protective gas nozzle
onto the stud holder support, insert the
stud holder into it as far as it will go and
tighten the protective gas nozzle.
Assemble the gun for laying the rod with
the shoe (pay attention to the positioning
of the holes) and mount the assembly on
the rods of the gun.
Loosen the gun knob (n°3 - Fig 2).
Adjust the barrel so that the tip of the rivet
extractor rod protrudes slightly (0.5-2mm)
and tighten the gun knob.

Note: Prepare the grounding rods as explained in §6.1.
Insert the stainless steel rivet extraction
rod into the stud holder and adjust the stud
holder screw to ensure that it comes out
13.5 to 15mm from the stud holder.
