Assemble the gas protection cap and
the pad according to the configura-
tion of the chosen tool: (pay attention
to the positioning of the holes).
Mount the assembly on the gun rods.
Loosen gun knob (#3 in Figure 2).
Adjust the cap shoe assembly so that
the end of the workpiece protrudes
slightly (0.5-2 mm) and tighten the
gun knob.

Note: The Stud Holder Box 350 (Ref 068339) is required to use the ceramic ferrule adapter.
6.7.1. CHOICE OF CERAMIC FERRULE SUPPORT
Choose the ceramic ferrule adapted to the part to be welded (type, diameter). Reminder of the ISO 13918 standard on
the choice of ferrules according to the types of parts to be welded
