e) Pairing the components
The individual components are paired during the manufacturing
process. They do not normally need to be paired manually when
you use the product for the first time. However, if you are pairing
several additional relays, or if you have performed a factory reset,
you must pair the components again. When pairing the compo-
nents, place them in sufficient proximity to each other. Proceed
as follows:
Pairing the keypad with the relay

• Remove the rear cover on the relay.
• Press the "Pair" button on the relay and enter the *Master code
#80# on the keypad.
• The relay and the keypad will beep briefly. If this does not
happen, this indicates that pairing was not successful. Three
short beeps indicate that the pairing process failed. Repeat the
pairing process as described above.

• Remove the rear covers on the relay and the opening button.
• Press the pairing button on the opening button and the relay
in any order.
