Registering the wall transmitter on the roller shutter drive

Each roller shutter drive is uniquely allocated a TouchControl for individual
commands. The setting unit must be used to perform this allocation, so that
inadvertent deletion during operation is not possible. In the case of a new
setting procedure, a previously stored TouchControl is overwritten. End posi-
tions and time commands stored in the drive are preserved.
1. Position the function switch of the setting unit to "Program radio frequency"
.
2. Switch on main switch of the setting unit.
3. Press group button (approx. 4 seconds) until the drive acknowledges the
programming procedure with a "double click".
4. Release group button.
Note
The distance between the setting controls and TouchControl
should be at least 80 cm.
5. Move main switch of the setting unit to the OFF position (0).

Setting the roller shutter end positions

Attention
Both end positions are detected automatically.
The end positions must be detected in the following sequence:
1. Upper end position
2. Lower end position.
If the lower end position is detected first, it will not be possible
to install the roller shutter correctly. The end positions must be
deleted (see p. 25: "Deleting the end positions") and then re-
set.
Note
The obstacle detection feature is not active until installation is
complete! When programming the end positions, make sure
that the roller shutter armour runs up and down trouble-free.
Protect the individual slats against lateral movement.
1. Switch setting unit function switch to the mid position.
2. Switch on the main switch and wait approx. 3 seconds.
3. If fitted on the right: press the UP button.
4. If fitted on the left: press the DOWN button.
5. If the roller shutter moves downwards, stop with a double counter com-
mand and move to the upper end position.
6. The drive switches off automatically when the upper end position on the
limit switch is detected.
7. Press the DOWN button.
8. The drive moves to the lower end position and switches off automatically.
The roller shutter end positions are now set.

Checking the set end positions

1. If necessary, switch the setting unit function switch to the mid position.
2. If necessary, switch on the main switch and wait approx. 3 seconds.
3. Press the UP button. The drive switches off in the upper end position.
4. Press the DOWN button. The drive switches off in the lower end position.
5. Switch off the main switch of the setting unit (switch position 0).
6. Disconnect the setting unit.
