Storing switching times
Each drive can store the switching time for an UP and DOWN movement. In
the "Automatic" operating mode, this roller shutter movement is repeated ev-
ery 24 hours.
The position of the manual/automatic switch is unimportant during setting of
the switching time. Previously stored switching times are overwritten if neces-
sary.
1. Move the roller shutter to the opposite end position if necessary.
2. Wait until the required time at which the automatic movement command is
to be executed.
3. At the required time point, press the appropriate direction key and keep it
pressed down until the roller shutter drive briefly stops after approx. 4
seconds and then continues to the end position.
4. Release the direction key.
The drive has stored the current time point for this direction of movement.
Note
The roller shutter drive will only store switching times if the
brown and black wires are connected to the external conduc-
tor!
Manual/automatic changeover
The execution of stored switching times can be permitted or locked with the
manual/automatic switch. In the "Auto" position the stored switching times
are executed, in the "Manual" position they are not. Manual operation is al-
ways possible.
1. Set required position - automatic or manual.
2. Press group button until the roller shutter drive confirms the manual-auto-
matic changeover with a "double click".
Note
Each changeover between manual and automatic operation
2
AUTO
must be transmitted to the drive by radio frequency. This is
done by pressing any button.
Changeover to automatic is only possible if at least one switch-
ing time is programmed.
Deleting time commands
1.
Remove the cover from the group button.
2.
Note the setting of the first 6 small switches (S1-S6).
3.
Put S1-6 and S7 to "OFF", S8 to "ON".
4a. Deleting the DOWN time command: Press "DOWN" button and hold
until the drive acknowledges after approx. 6 sec. with a "double click".
4b. Deleting the UP time command: Press "UP" key and hold until the drive
acknowledges after approx. 6 sec. with a "double click".
5.
Release the key and restore the noted switch setting (S1-S6). Put S7 and
8 to "OFF".
6.
Replace the button cover.
Behaviour after a power failure
Power failures are rare in Western Europe and are generally only of short du-
ration. The roller shutter cannot be moved during a power failure. Stored
switching times are re-established, offset by the duration of the power supply
plus max. 15 minutes. This ensures that even during absence the roller shut-
ters are closed or opened.
