The core pin engages automatically when inserted.
To release the core pin, either push the screwdriver into the
borehole and then press upwards or press into the groove
with a screwdriver.
• On shaped section barrels:
Mount the drive with the appropriate limit ring adaptor (A) and drive adap-
tor (B). Insert the drive with the pre-mounted adaptors into the barrel so
that it locks positively. Make sure that the adaptors are securely located in
the barrel.
Tolerances in the slot widths in different barrels can, with some drive adap-
tors, be equalised by turning the drive adaptor into an-other slot recess.
These slot recesses have different dimensions and enable you to accu-
rately fit the drive.
• On round barrels:
First notch the tube on the motor side, so that the key of the limit collar can
also be pushed into the barrel. There must not be any play between the
limit collar key and the barrel.
4. Adfix the barrel to the bracket and secure the motor head piece in the drive
bracket. When mounted, the barrel must allow itself to be turned easily by
approx. 30° in relation to the drive bracket.
5. After setting the wall transmitter, position the barrel so that the roller shutter
armour can be hung by means of springs, or mount the lifting catch in
accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Note
We recommend the use of at least 3 springs, and with longer
barrels 3 springs per metre.
The length of the springs must be adjusted to the distance of
the roller tube from the blind, i.e. after the security shutter has
been unwound, the springs should counteract the downwards
movement of the tube.
Lay the motor connection cable up to the motor and adfix. The
motor cable must not protrude into the winding area. Cover
sharp edges.
Acknowledgement / Double click
The roller shutter drive acknowledges each programming or deletion proce-
dure acoustically. The motor performs a barely perceivable to and from move-
ment, which is audible as a double "click" and is referred to as a "double
click" below.
Commissioning of the TouchControl transmitter
Batteries are included with the transmitter. Before using the transmitter for the
first time, insert the batteries as shown in the diagram after opening the bat-
tery compartment at the back of the transmitter.

Connecting the setting unit

Caution
The mains plug of the setting unit must not be connected to the
mains supply.
Electrical tasks must always be performed by an appropriately
qualified electrician.
1. Connect the connection cables of the roller shutter drive to the setting unit
according to colour.
2. Switch the main switch (rocker switch) to the OFF position (0) and the func-

3. Connect the plug of the setting unit to the mains supply.
