ATTENZIONE!
Non abbandonare il posto di lavoro con
la ruota bloccata sull'autocentrante
e sollevata da terra.
PROLUNGHE DI BLOCCAGGIO
Per cerchi di diametro superiore ai 46" e non provvisti di flangia
con foro centrale è possibile bloccare la ruota utilizzando la
serie di 4 prolunghe PA (disponibile a richiesta).
Innestare, a baionetta, la prolunga sul supporto griffa del brac-
cio autocentrante e serrare mediante l'apposito galletto (vedi
fig. E/8).
13.2 RUOTE TUBELESS E SUPERSINGLE
STALLONATURA
1) Bloccare la ruota sull'autocentrante, come precedentemen-
te descritto, e assicurarsi che la stessa sia sgonfia.
2) Portarsi con la colonnetta mobile in posizione di
lavoro C.
3) Abbassare il braccio porta utensili (14, fig.F) in posizione di
lavoro, fino a che si sarà agganciato con l'apposito cricchetto.
ATTENZIONE!
Verificare sempre che il braccio sia
correttamente agganciato al carrello.
4) Agendo sul manipolatore posizionare la ruota in modo che
il profilo esterno del cerchio sfiori il disco stallonatore (fig.F).
ATTENZIONE!
Il disco stallonatore non deve fare pressione
F sul cerchio ma sul tallone del pneumatico.

CLAMP EXTENSIONS
For rims with diameters over 46" without central hole flange,
the wheel can be clamped with the PA extensions (optional).
Insert the clamp extension into the clamp support of the self-
centering chuck arm (bayonet mounting) and lock it with the
wing nut (see fig. E/8).
13.2 TUBELESS AND SUPERSINGLE WHEELS
BEAD BREAKING
1) Lock the wheel on the self-centering chuck, as previously
described, and ensure that the tyre is deflated.
2) Take the mobile control unit to work position C.
3) Lower the tool-holder arm (14, fig. F) into is working position
and allow it to lock.
DANGER!
Always check to be certain that the
arm is corrected hooked to the
carriage.
4) Operating from the mobile control centre, manoeuvre the
wheel until the outside of the rim skims the bead-breaker disk
(fig. F).
DANGER!
The bead breaker disk must NOT be pressed
against the rim but against the tyre bead.
