5) Verificare il buon funzionamento del circuito oleodinamico:
- azionare l'interruttore (9, Fig. C) verso l'alto fino a che i bracci
dell'autocentrante non siano completamente aperti.

- mantenendo l'interruttore in questa posizione (alto) verificare
che il manometro (21, Fig. A) indichi una pressione di
130 bar ±5%.
ATTENZIONE: Se la pressione indicata non rientra in questi valo-

ri, riferirsi al paragrafo "INCONVENIENTI E RIMEDI" a pag. 60 di
questo manuale per risolvere il problema.
Se, non fosse ugualmente possibile rientrare nei valori indicati,

NON utilizzare lo smontagomme e chiamare immediatamente
il servizio tecnico di assistenza.

ATTENZIONE !
A
In fase di bloccaggio assicurarsi che le
griffe siano posizionate in modo corretto
sul cerchione, onde evitare la caduta
della ruota.
1) Portarsi con la colonnetta mobile in posizione di

lavoro B.

2) Ribaltare in posizione di fuori lavoro il braccio porta-utensili
(14, fig. D).
3) Agendo sul manipolatore superiore portare l'autocentrante
verso sinistra fino a creare lo spazio sufficiente per far salire la

ruota sulla pedana. Mantenere la ruota in posizione verticale.
ATTENZIONE !
Questa operazione può essere estremamente
pericolosa! Effettuarla manualmente solo nel caso si
sia assolutamente sicuri di riuscire a mantenere in
equilibrio la ruota. Per ruote pesanti e di
grandi dimensioni si DEVE utilizzare un
adeguato mezzo di sollevamento.

BLOCCAGGIO RUOTA
5) Check to be certain the hydraulic circuit is working correctly:
- move switch lever (9, Fig. C) towards the top until the spindle
arms are fully extended.
- hold the switch lever in this position (top) and check if the
pressure shown on the manometer (21, Fig. A) is 130 bar
ATTENTION: If the pressure value is not within the above indi-
cate range see the "TROUBLE SHOOTING" at p. 60 of this manual
to solve this problem.
If the pressure shown in the manometer, is still not within this
range, do not use the tyre changer and call for technical aid.

OPERATION
13.1 LOCKING THE WHEEL
WARNING!
In locking the wheel, make sure that
clamps are properly positioned on the
rim, so as to prevent the tyre from
falling
1) Take the mobile control unit to work position B.
2) Pull the tool-holder arm (14, fig. D) into the upright position.
3) Move the top joystick and move the turntable leftwards
thus creating enough space for the wheel to be mounted on
the platform.
Keep the wheel in vertical position.
DANGER!
This operation can be extremely dangerous.
Do it manually only if you are certain you can keep
the wheel balanced.
For large and heavy tyres an adequate lifting
device must be used.
