FIRE DOOR PROTECTION
The thermal cooker is endowed with a steel
protection which could be placed on the fire
door. This protection is designed to shield
the door when the cooking operations re-
quire the continuous presence of the user in
front of the thermal cooker or in presence

STEAM EXCESS VALVE
Cooking meals sometimes may generate a
steam excess inside the oven. For this reason
in STP thermal cooker are present two valves
that allow to eject the steam in excess. The
valves are placed on lateral walls inside the
oven and should be slid to open the ventila-
tion holes. It is recommended to make this
operation before the lighting of the thermal
cooker.
