STARTING KEY (STP)
STP thermal cooker, in order to allow an
easier lighting with cold chimneys, are en-
dowed with a starting key ruled by a rod
(picture 22). Thanks to this device, it is possi-
ble the direct connection between the com-
WARNING! When the fire comes into force you must reinsert the starting key
in order to force the smoke to heat all the parts of the thermal cooker. Ther-
mal cookers are built to work with the starting key closed. If the thermal cook-
er works with the starting key open it will be limited in strength and profit.

GRILL REGULATION
The cooker is endowed with an height ad-
justable grill which allows to adjust the com-
bustion chamber's dimensions according to
user's needs. The upper position allows to
have the flame in direct contact with the
plate, it is the best position for cooking. The
lower position instead allows to have a more
capacious combustion chamber and so to
have more autonomy, it is the best solution

OVEN (STP)
The internal temperature of the oven depends
on the combustion speed and on the amount
of combustible inserted. In particular, operat-
ing on the primary air regulator and so on the
combustion speed, you can obtain a regular
combustion to avoid sudden changes in tem-
perature inside the oven. If you want to heat
the oven starting from cold thermal cooker,
we suggest to raise the temperature with an
average fire, then decrease the combustion
speed to keep the temperature steady.
Thermal cookers are endowed with oven's
door with glass and are also endowed with a
thermometer which makes easier the control
of temperature.
If you want to brown dishes you should keep
them in the upper part of the oven, instead if
you want a steady cooking you should put the
foods in the centre. For a more steady cooking
it is possible to rotate horizontally (180°) the
grill or the baking-pan at half cooking period.
For example, to cook the spineless person bi-
scuits in a correct way, it is necessary the pre-
heating of the oven at a temperature indica-
ted on the thermometer of 150°, keeping it
