2.4. LEDs for display of operating state

„Power"
The green LED always lights when the equipment is supplied with
voltage.
„Autotune"
The red control lamp flashes when the equipment is processing the
autotune routine. In this routine, the correcting variable range is
adjusted to the current pressure conditions in the application, in
order to obtain optimum resolution and control dynamics
(see 3.4.2).
„Overflow-Y"
The red control lamp flashes when the equipment is processing the
autotune routine. In this routine, the correcting variable range is
adjusted to the current pressure conditions in the application, in
order to obtain optimum resolution (see 3.4.2).
Output relay 1 is closed in this state.
NOTE
In practice, this LED usually indicates that the pressure at the
controller is insufficient to realize the desired flow rate when the
valve is fully open.
„Sensor fault"
A fault in the flow sensor, e.g. by breakage of the measuring sensor,
is detected by the fact that the output voltage of the sensor sinks
below the value that ought to be present even without flow as a
result of convection, heat radiation, etc. (see 3.4.4).
Output relay 2 is closed.
