Maintenance

The MFCs Type 8626 are in principle maintenance-free when operated according
to the information given in this operating manual.
If substantial amounts of dirt particles should have become deposited on the first
stainless-steel wire mesh, you can clean or replace it after removing the flange
plate on the inlet side (4 socket head screws).
ATTENTION!
Operating Instructions-No. 801 147
There are more elements for flow conditioning in the interior of
the device. Dismounting these, e.g. for cleaning purposes, is not
allowed , because the resulting changes in the sensor signal
would necessiate a factory recalibration !
