11. Burner goes out when set to
low

POSSIBLE CAUSES
Lack of gas.
Check gas level in Natural gas connection. Check main shut-off
valve is open.
Supply hose is pinched.
Reposition supply hose as necessary.
Dirty or clogged orifice. Spider webs or other matter in venturi
tube.
Clean burner orifice . Clean out venturi tube.
Natural gas connection in "low flow" state.
All gas Pizza Oven valves must be in the off position when the
connection valve is turned on. Turn connection on slowly to
allow pressure to equalize. See lighting instructions.
