Cleaning the Warming Drawer Rack
Before first use and periodically it is suggested that you wash the Warming Drawer Rack in a mild
soap and warm water solution. You could wash the warming drawer rack in a dish washer if you
wish.
Emptying the Crumb Tray
The crumb tray gets extremely hot when the pizza oven is operating. Empty the crumb tray only
when the oven is cool. Before lighting the oven is a good time to empty the tray.
The crumb tray is located just below the Control panel, but to access it you need to open the
Warming Drawer fully extended out.

1. After each use wipe down the exterior of the Pizza Oven to remove grease, black soot and
splatters.
2. Be sure to follow the cleaning instructions for keeping the warming tray rack and burners clean
and ready for use.
3. Use a commercially available Stainless-Steel cleaner to clean and polish the exterior surfaces.
4. Part of the appeal of the Pizza Oven is the fine grain finish. Always clean with the grain direction.
