POSSIBLE CAUSES
Grease, Food material, or Dirt build up.
Clean the fire-bridge channels. Make sure the burner's side ports
are clean.
Lack of gas.
Check gas level in Natural gas connection.
Supply hose is pinched.
Reposition supply hose as necessary.
Dirty or clogged orifice. Spider webs or other matter in
venturi tube.
Clean burner orifice. Clean out venturi tube. refer to "Cleaning
and maintenance" Section.
Natural gas connection in "low flow" state.
All gas Pizza Oven valves must be in the off position when the
connection valve is turned on. Turn connection on slowly to
allow pressure to equalize. See lighting instructions.
The Pizza oven is most likely not hot enough when the pizza is
put in. Pizzas are also more likely to stick when they are cold. The
cooking deck must be hot, and pizza dough should ideally be at
room temperature before putting it in the oven.
Unit not connected to power.
Plug transformer cord into power box (from working GFI
protected outlet).
Faulty transformer.
Check transformer output – should be 12VAC. Replace if
required.
Terminals on switch or circuit board are corroded or loose.
Clean connections and ensure connectors are pushed together
firmly.
Access to circuit board is under electrical cover on left side of
cabinet.
Location of Pizza Oven
High wind and wind directly on the back of the Pizza Oven can
cause blowouts.
Locate the Pizza Oven towards the prevailing wind.
Check flame
Follow steps outlined in Step 1. of troubleshooting
Burners installed incorrectly
Correctly-installed burners should be seated firmly and level
with no side-to-side movement.
