Operating the Pizza Oven
Neither leave Pizza Oven unattended when in operation, nor during preheating of the appliance.
Preheating
It is necessary to preheat the Pizza Oven for a short time before cooking certain foods, depending
on the type of food and the cooking temperature. Pre-heating allows the Baking Stones to properly
heat up, providing even and consistent cooking results. Allow the Pizza Oven to pre-heat on "HIGH"
until desired temperature is reached. The thermometer provides an average temperature inside the
Pizza Oven. The temperature on baking stone is always higher than what the thermometer.
It is recommended to use a Pan or Cast Iron skillset when cooking any greasy or oily foods such as
meats or cookies. Never put these directly on the cooking deck.
It is easier to increase the temperature than decreasing it.

flammable vapors and liquids;
2. Not obstructing the flow of combustion and ventilation air;
3. Keeping the ventilation opening(s) of the cylinder enclosure free and clear from debris;
4. Visually checking burner flames, with pictorial representations;
5. Cleaning appliance, including special surfaces, with recommended cleaning agents, if
necessary;
